Support Groups

Wesley Shelter offers confidential support groups for survivors of domestic and sexual violence. These groups provide a safe, welcoming space to share experiences, receive support, and begin the healing journey alongside others who understand. Sessions include helpful information, guided discussions, and emotional support. Groups are available in both English and Spanish.
