Safety Planning

A safety plan is a personalized guide to help keep children safe in situations where there may be violence or danger at home. It includes steps they can take if they ever feel scared or unsafe—like where to go, who to call, and what to do in an emergency. Just like adults, children deserve to have a plan that helps them know how to stay safe, who they can trust, and how to get help when they need it most. Safety plans can also include important phone numbers, safe places to hide, and signals to let someone know they need help.

Therapy

Our licensed therapists offer specialized support for children who have experienced or been affected by domestic, sexual violence, or human trafficking. Through therapy, kids have a safe space to talk, express their feelings, and begin to heal. They’ll learn healthy ways to cope with what they’ve been through and build the tools they need to feel strong, safe, and supported as they move forward.

Short Term Child Care

We offer free, short-term childcare to support parents who are attending court, therapy, support groups, or other appointments related to domestic or sexual violence. While you focus on healing or handling important tasks, your children are cared for in a safe, nurturing environment—because your peace of mind matters, too.
