Transitions Homeless Shelter was established in 1996. Programs available to residents include:

• Emergency Shelter
• Continuing education, GED and ESL classes
• Individual and Group Therapy
• Enrollment in The Women's Center for Life Management
• Job and Housing search assistance
• Weekly support groups
• Referrals to appropriate agencies

Who qualifies for admittance to Transitions?

· Any female, 18 years of age or older, who is homeless.
· Any homeless child accompanied by their mother (male children under the age of 13)
